一、 活動目的
本活動鼓勵境外生結合在臺學習與生活經驗，將學習點滴、跨文化交流、生活等體驗，轉化為具創意與故事性的短影音作品。

二、 主辦單位
輔仁大學、靜宜大學、文藻外語大學

三、 徵件主題
本競賽主題為「在臺學習．精彩生活」，內容可包含校園生活、文化觀察、學習經驗、城市風景等。表現手法不拘，可採口播、劇情、訪談、紀錄片或其他創意手法呈現，並且符合正向價值與教育意義。

四、 參賽資格
1. 本校境外生（含學位生、雙聯生、交換生及華語生、國際語言助理）
2. 可採個人或團體參賽；團體參賽的隊伍，團隊成員以二人為上限。

五、 獎項
第一名 $ 5,000，共3名(組)
第二名 $ 3,000，共10名(組)
第三名 $ 1,000，共15名(組)

六、 報名方式: 線上
請詳閱活動簡章後，填寫【線上報名表】，同時上傳以下檔案至個人雲端空間，並將連結提供主辦單位下載。
1. 影音作品，檔名為「短影音競賽-作品名稱-學校名稱-參賽者姓名」
2. 請下載附件一【聲明暨授權書】、附件二【肖像授權使用同意書】完成紙本填寫並簽名後，上傳掃描檔(限PDF檔)。

七、 參賽作品規定
1. 影片長度：片長20 秒至60秒；直式畫面(9:16)
2. 影片格式：MP4或MOV，解析度為HD或1080p 以上。
3. 影片音訊語言不拘，字幕至少需有英文。

八、 徵件期間
1. 2026年3月10日至2026年4月25日23:59止
2. 報名參賽資料不完整或不符合規定，經通知且逾期未補件者，取消參賽資格。

I. Purpose
This competition encourages international students to draw upon their academic and daily life experiences in Taiwan, transforming their learning journeys, cross-cultural interactions, and everyday moments into creative and story-driven short video productions.

II. Organizers
Fu Jen Catholic University, Providence University, and Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages.

III. Theme
The theme of this competition is “Learning in Taiwan, A Wonderful Life.”
Content may include campus life, cultural observations, learning experiences, city scenery, or other related topics. Any creative format is acceptable, such as narration, drama, interviews, documentaries, or other innovative approaches. All submissions should reflect positive values and educational significance.

IV. Eligibility
1. International students, including degree students, dual-degree students, exchange students, Mandarin learners, and international language assistants.
2. Participants may join individually or as a team. Each team may have up to two members.

V. Awards
• First Prize NT$5,000
• Second Prize NT$3,000
• Third Prize NT$1,000

VI. Application: Online
Please complete the online Application Form and upload the following files to your personal cloud storage. Then provide the download link to the organizer.
1. Video: file name “Short Video Competition-Video Title-School Name-Participant Name.”
2. Required Documents: Please download Attachment I (Statement and Authorization Letter) and Attachment II (Portrait Rights Consent Form). Complete and sign the hard copies, then upload the scanned files (PDF format only).

VII. Submission Requirements
1. Video length: 20 to 60 seconds; vertical format (9:16).
2. Video format: MP4 or MOV; resolution HD or 1080p and above.
3. Audio: any language is acceptable; the video must include at least English subtitles.

VIII. Submission Period
1. From March 10, 2026 to April 25, 2026, 23:59.
2. Entries with incomplete information or violations of requirements will have their eligibility revoked if corrections are not made by the specified deadline after notification.
