Congratulations! Students from the French Department’s drama class win National French theatre group

On May 27, senior students from the Department of French Language and Culture taking drama class participated in the 2023 National French Theatre Group Exhibition organized by the Association des Professeurs de Français de Taiwan (APFT), where they performed their interpretation of the French Nobel Prize winner Gao Xingjian’s La Fuite (“Fugitives”). The students won the following awards:
- Best actor – second place (Senior student Huang Tzu-ling)
- Best special effects (lighting & sound) – first place
- Best stage management (director) –first place
- Best drama – first place
